Urban Health

Toni Mitchell is a Youtuber I have been following for years.  I have been very impressed on how she focuses on lifestyle rather than a fad diet.  Her ideas on everyday meals that provide excellent body nutrition are bar none the best. Toni made a transition to a vegan diet to meet a clean nutritious protein packed diet.

I may not be a total vegan; however, I tend to take time throughout the year to eat only vegetables and other starches. I'm into a good clean vegetables when I feel my system needs to be cleaned out. Then go back to eating meat in portions within reason.   

Brandon Carter has become one of my favorite people to observe.  Not only is he a pioneer in online athletic training, he gives a great perspective on a 1 percenter's mindset.  Brandon gives out a lot of free knowledge that people like. He sells webinars and books.

Anabella Galeano is one of the best online trainers I have ever seen.  Anabella has the best quick workout sessions anyone can implement and use to maintain or lose weight.  She uses simple weigh training tools to sculp your body.  

Mike Rashid has earned so much respect from me.  He not only is a phenomenal athlete he has evolved into an unbelievable entrepreneur. He creates beast like workouts with weight training techniques, he also his own protein shake called "Ambrosia Collection", and Trifecta a top quality meal prep that can meet your everyday needs.
